Everything is very good, really enjoyed my time here. Its location is unbeatable, close enough to Bay of Plenty and shops Great, fairly quiet area. Besides, it's close to Giant Lemon & Paeroa Bottle. The restaurant serves delicious Thai food. Would love to come back cos this hotel met the purpose.

Comfortable and quiet location and fantastic friendly staff members at the reception desk. Walking distance to the main shopping center and shopping centers across the street.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a tiny town. The staff were incredibly helpful, giving us great tips on where to go and what to do. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved the extra touches like Whittaker's chocolates and biscuits restocked daily. The kitchenette had everything we needed, and the breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful.
No outside sitting area could be improved.
